Lorenzo de' Medici - art, language and culture since 1973

The Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Tuscania is located in an elegantly modern structure hidden within an ancient fortified building. The Institute is situated in the old town centre and is physically incorporated into the medieval stone walls.

This building has recently been re-modeled to provide modern, light-filled studios and classrooms. The entry vestibule and meeting area opens onto an internal courtyard with access to the street.

The facilities also include a fully equipped teaching kitchen for classes on Mediterranean cuisine through our Culinary Arts program.

The LdM Tuscania program actively uses the amenities of the town as an extension of the campus.
