Programs >> Italian Language >> Student Visa
Students coming from countries that require a visa to study abroad need to present a certificate of enrolment issued by Lorenzo de' Medici to the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their home country. In order to receive the certificate of enrolment, students must pay the entire tuition fee for the period of studies. Students who are unable to obtain the visa to enter Italy must notify LdM in writing before the course starting date, showing proof of rejection from the Italian embassy. In this case, they are entitled to a refund of 80% of payment. Should notification reach the school after the commencement of the course, no refund will be made.

European Union (EU) citizens do not need a visa. All other non-EU citizens/students must obtain a student visa.
