Lorenzo de' Medici - art, language and culture since 1973

After more than 35 years of successful academic experience in Florence, LdM opened a centre in Tuscania, a hilltop town located in the Lazio region of central Italy, one hour and a half away from Rome.  The LdM Tuscania campus is located the old town center. The elegantly modern building structure is an architectural delight, contrasting beautifully with the medieval stone walls in which it is integrated.

The curriculum is based on a full immersion concept and is designed to promote the town's historical, artistic and cultural qualities, such as Etruscan, Roman and medieval history and archaeology; Mediterranean culinary arts; studio arts; performing arts; and Italian language.

The unique feature about the Tuscania campus is that students live and study in full integration with the community, which encourages cross-cultural exchange and offers an engaging opportunity live in a traditional Italian environment.
