LdM is committed to encouraging all students to develop their intellectual, spiritual, cultural, social, vocational and physical capabilities. The LdM Clubs Coordinator, in collaboration with the Academic Advisors and the Dean of Students, coordinates and promotes leadership, community development opportunities and participation in a wide range of LdM student clubs and societies. These Student Clubs provide a place where people with the same interests can develop and increase their skills, flair and background in a completely new social environment. LdM collaborates with a large number of Italian societies and associations in order to realize the full potential of students and the Student Clubs.

The Clubs currently organized by LdM are as follows:

• Dance Club (which provides students with a basic knowledge of the subject through dance lessons given by local teachers)

• Cinema Club (the program includes a movie retrospective based on masterpieces of Italian cinema, as well as the possibility of taking part in an internship related to the subject)

• Photography Club (creation and development of photography projects to be shown in the LdM Photography Exhibit)

• Drama Club (a workshop related to improvisation techniques)

• Music Club (concerts, student bands, participation in a 'Sonic Workshop')

• Athletics Club (the goal of this Club is to introduce our students to the local sporting environment and culture through local fixtures and competitions)

• Volunteer Club (the club offers students the chance to work with several kinds of community service sectors, in collaboration with the most important volunteer associations working in Italy)

• Slow Drink Club (the art of drinking placed responsibly in the historical perspective of Mediterranean culture, and including tasting experiences)

Together with organized weekend tours of the Italian regions and other occasional events, such as lectures and conferences, these activities are an integral and vital part of the educational life of LdM.
