What kind of accommodation can I find in Florence?
The school provides free assistance in finding housing for students.
Usually, accommodations provided by the school consist of shared student apartments. Student apartments available are usually composed of 2 - 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Most of the bedrooms are double-occupancy rooms, although a few are single-occupancy rooms. Kitchens and bathrooms are usually to be shared with other students.
Apartments are located either within walking distance of the school and city center, or by no more than a 10 - 15 minute bus ride.
What kind of accommodation can I find in Tuscania?
Tuscania offers a wide range of solutions for student housing. These choices range from the rental of independent or shared student apartments to housing with local families to hostels, bed and breakfasts, and hotels. Many of the housing locations are within the historic town center. All accommodation options are within walking distance of the Institute's buildings and classrooms. The choice of housing and related costs is dependent upon individual student requirements and length of stay. Specific needs will be discussed upon enrolment in the Tuscania program. Housing, food, and the general cost of living tend to be less expensive in Tuscania than in the larger Italian cities.

Usually, accommodations provided by the school consist of shared student apartments. Bedrooms are usually double: it is advisable to reserve single rooms well in advance. Student apartments available are usually composed of 2 - 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Most of the bedrooms are double-occupancy rooms, although a few are single-occupancy. Kitchens and bathrooms are usually to be shared with other students.
For those who prefer more independence and privacy, the School can also help students locate furnished small apartments for one or two people. Prices for apartments are generally more expensive and are available only upon request.
When will I be given my accommodation address?
The student’s housing address will be provided only after the school has received the deposit due for the course enrolment.
Can I choose my roommate?
Absolutely, students can specify his/her roommate requests on the Housing Request Form. |
